Recurring EDI-related offences undermine workplace culture and staff experience in healthcare. Traditional interventions have limited impact. Our pilot introduces EDI Simulation as a novel approach to address such behaviours. We present its theory, methods, findings, and future value propositions in tackling recurring EDI-related offences.
