Building engagement in a fractured system: what can you do?
What do we mean by engagement? How do we improve it in the NHS? Using our pyramid model, we will discuss the varied approaches we have taken to engagement, including the use of media. We will focus on how these apply to learners and educators and provide attendees with the opportunity to try some creative engagement methods relevant to their work.
