Evidence suggests we have a long way to go to create the psychological safety needed for all our diverse healthcare learners to thrive. We have developed a new approach which aims to ensure that residents feel safe and supported to raise discrimination-related concerns, and that a growth mindset is fostered to allow effective action to be taken.
