Medical training in the edgelands - what can we learn from experiences in underdoctored areas?
We will briefly share findings from our NIHR-funded research "Mapping underdoctored areas: the impact of medical training pathways on NHS workforce distribution and health inequalities" then facilitate an interactive session asking attendees to reflect on the benefits and challenges of medical training in smaller places with greater health need.
