Objectivity in a Subjective Landscape: Using Natural Language Processing (A.I.) to objectively quantify qualitative-feedback (Qual-to-Quant) in education and training programs.
Natural Language Processing, a field of Artificial Intelligence, focuses on analysing spoken language into an objective, standardised, machine-readable scoring system. We present its application during a 6-month mentoring program, ReciProMent, and discuss its potential as a new quality-control and rating system in education and training programs.
