Serving (at least) 2 masters: addressing the challenge of organisational hybridity in clinical education and workforce planning.
We will illustrate the concept of organisational hybridity & its potential to generate conflicting practices & policies that impede the delivery of clinical education & workforce planning imperatives. Attendees will explore the effects of organizational hybridity on their work and discuss strategies to address it, fostering innovation and progress.
