Supporting neurodivergent doctors through reasonable adjustments and accessibility
In this session we will share good practice in supporting neurodivergent doctors in the workplace and with examinations. We will also share examples of good practice in reasonable adjustments from medical royal colleges. Whilst this session will focus on neurodiversity, the good practice is applicable across the broader spectrum of disabilities.
