This symposium explores what wellbeing means to resident doctors and equips attendees with practical approaches to improving staff wellbeing in their workplace. We will review key literature and share the outcomes and impact of our novel ‘Wellbeing fellow’ programme to provide insight into this vital and evolving topic in medical education.
