This is a summary of the impact of the WM ITAP programme for first year GP registrars.
The session explains how this intervention was structured, organised and delivered to over 500 GP registrars in the West Midlands between 2022-2025.
The session will review the ethos of the support provided, uptake, benefits, outcomes and consequences.
