The Centre for International Medical Graduates (IMGs) is a digitally enabled, CPD-accredited platform delivering structured induction and professional development for international medical graduates (IMGs) and locally employed doctors (LEDs) across the NHS. Addressing critical workforce integration and development needs, the Centre has supported several thousand doctors through high-quality, scalable programmes aligned with national NHS workforce priorities. Courses are delivered via a secure virtual learning environment by experienced NHS consultants, GPs, nurses, pharmacists, and educators, combining asynchronous learning with live expert-led sessions to enhance clinical practice, patient safety, and staff experience across healthcare systems.
