Adil J. Khan
Mr. Adil J. Khan has worked as an Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) fellow for NHS England Workforce Training & Education (East Of England region), where he developed and ran a 6-month novel mentoring program for leaders in medical education, called ReciProMent. He also designed and ran a novel EDI-simulation pilot to expand the program’s impact. Mr. Khan has completed research for an MASc in 'Interdisciplinary Problems and Methods (Complexity Science)' at the London Interdisciplinary School. He is a former Darzi Fellow having undertaken health inequalities research in the North West London region. He also holds a PGCert in 'Leadership in Health' from London South Bank University. Currently on the NHS Training Program for Surgeons, Mr Khan is concluding the final year of his training in Complex Benign Upper G.I. and Bariatrics Surgery at the Chelsea and Westminster Hospital in London.
