Aditi is a Clinical Teaching Fellow with a strong commitment to advancing medical education. She completed her Foundation Years at Colchester Hospital, undertaking a 20% Medical Education component during FY2. Demonstrating a passion for educational innovation, Aditi successfully integrated the national Enhance Programme into FY1 teaching, promoting leadership, resilience, and reflective practice - this effort was recognised with the national Enhance Enable Bronze Award.

She also designed and delivered a communication skills programme for fourth and final-year medical students from Anglia Ruskin University and Barts and The London School of Medicine and Dentistry, preparing them to navigate challenging clinical conversations. Aditi completed her Postgraduate Certificate in Medical Education last year and is currently pursuing a Postgraduate Diploma, aiming to combine clinical practice with a leadership role in medical education to develop future healthcare professionals through evidence-based and impactful teaching.
