Dr Alex Robertson

GP registrar , NHSE Midlands

Alex is a GP registrar training in the West Midlands, currently working as the NHSE Differential Attainment Fellow for the region. They are involved in a range of projects aimed at reducing inequities in training outcomes for different groups of minoritised doctors. As an autistic doctor they are passionate about creating neuroinclusive working environments and structures. As part of their Masters in Medical Education, they are currently researching the impact of being neurodivergent and queer on professional identity formation.
