Anil worked as a General Practice Partner for 31 years.
He is an Associate Dean in the West Midlands working for NHS England leading on Differential Attainment and is the Royal College of General Practitioners Medical Director of Curriculum.
He was a Reader in Medical Education and Primary Care lead at Leicester Medical School. Having worked there for 20 years he left that role in 2018.
He is married with two daughters and keen on all sports using running and cycling as an opportunity to think, reflect and problem solve.
