Having worked across the NHS in various guises since 2009, and qualifying as a speech and language therapist in 2017, Ashley undertook clinical roles consolidating her expertise, covering both acute and community aspects concurrently. Passionate to advocate for person centred care in a new landscape, and a keen activist for multiprofessional healthcare education, collaboration and innovation, Enhance stood out as the perfect opportunity. Ashley has been supporting this exciting programme since 2022, bringing her clinical authority and project management skills together.
