Dr Firmin became involved in simulation and medical education during her foundation training and subsequent year as a clinical education fellow at Medway NHS Foundation Trust. Now a GPST2 trainee, she continues to pursue her enthusiasm for education and enjoys contributing to the learning and development of others.
