Dr Bryan Burford
Senior lecturer in medical education, Newcastle University.
Bryan Burford is Co-Lead of the NIHR Incubator for Clinical Education Research and Co-Lead of the NIHR-funded Partnership for Workforce Sustainability. A Senior Lecturer at Newcastle University, his background is in psychology and ergonomics. His research applies social science to clinical workforce issues, with interests in professional identity, wellbeing, career transitions, and policy. He leads the Education Research Theme and teaches on the Masters in Medical Education programme.
