Consultant Forensic Psychiatrist, TPD Core Residents and Professional Support Tutor , Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust

Dr Caroline Ardron is a Consultant Forensic Psychiatrist working for Sussex Partnership NHS Trust. She is the Professional Support Tutor for Resident Doctors for the Trust and the RCPsych Southeastern Wellbeing Champion. Her interest is in supporting Resident Doctors through the Inquest process and is a member of the RCPsych Working Group on the Effect of Suicide and Homicide on Clinicians and the sub-working group on supporting Resident Doctors through Inquests. She received an Excellence in Medical Education Award from the Trust for 'Supporting Undergraduate and Postgraduate Doctors'.
