Secondary Care Dean (Deputy Dean) , NHSE WTE

Caroline is a Deputy Dean and Consultant Paediatrician. She has a long-standing interest in medical education. There was time out of training during which she undertook projects assessing effective introduction of workplace-based assessments with multiple stakeholders and investigated self-rating on multisource feedback. Post CCT Caroline is a dedicated advocate for all doctors and their educators. Her core passion is to champion realistic flexibility within enjoyable and effective training whilst recognising and supporting the provision of safe, timely and sustainable patient care.
