Dr Charanpal Sikka

Dr Sikka is a GP, Training Programme Director for Sandwell, Structured Learning Facilitator, GP Career Development Lead for the Black Country and an Appraiser. He has worked as a GP Partner for over 20 years and now a portfolio Locum GP. He is passionate about education and supporting development. My previous experience includes roles as a GP Tutor, Medical students Tutor, Assessor for the RCGP MAP and iMAP (Membership by Assessment of Performance), Mentor for the ‘Mentoring for doctors in difficulty’ West Midlands Scheme and Multi-professional Education Quality Lead (Black Country ICB).
