Dr Charlotte Heaps

I am a Consultant Liaison Psychiatrist at Warwick Hospital and medical Lead for Liaison Psychiatry for CWPT. I have been TPD for LTFT, Flexible and Accessible working for the last 3 years. I have developed national reasonable adjustments guidance and published on “Supporting neurodivergent doctors to thrive at work” alongside colleagues in Autistic Doctors International. I am helping to finalise the RCPsych report on the same topic. I am part of a neurodivergent family as mum to 4 neurodivergent children and wife to a neurodivergent consultant medic so bring my lived experience into my work.
