Clare has had an interest in medical education throughout her career, with a particular focus on culture, equity and inclusion. She has a strong belief in the power of diversity, in all its forms, to bring about positive change. In the latter part of her career, her focus has been on improving the diversity of the medical education community, and providing the support to the innovative practice that has arisen as a result.
