Dr Courtney Krstic
Dr Courtney Krstic is a Senior Policy Officer (Education and Widening Participation) at the Medical Schools Council, a physician, and a doctoral researcher in medical education. Her research and policy work unites widening access to medical careers for students from disadvantaged backgrounds and supporting workforce provision in rural areas of the UK. She is particularly interested in the structural inequalities faced by students from low socioeconomic backgrounds during their medical degree and in their postgraduate careers, and how these may be ameliorated.
