Dr Eleanor Hoverd
Early Career Researcher, Realist Review Workstream, University of Oxford.
Dr Hoverd is an early career postdoctoral researcher working on the Partnership’s realist review, focusing on developing theoretical models of workforce challenges and solutions. She is a registered adult nurse by background and brings expertise in evidence synthesis, patient and public engagement, and realist methodology.
