Dr Helen Foster
Dr Helen Foster (PhD) is a writer, researcher, writing for wellbeing practitioner and oral historian. She is Creative Writing Associate at the Centre for Empathic Healthcare in Leicester and a writer in residence for CILIP-the Library Association. Her research interests include mindful writing, the intersection of place, memory and life story, how we tell stories of midlife and menopause, and storytelling through poetic forms including transcription, verbatim and found poetry and poetry film. Her fiction has been published in Mslexia and performed at the Edinburgh International Book Festival.
