Dr Howard Freeman

Dr Freeman is the Clinical Director at the Independent Healthcare Providers Network (IHPN). He is a former GP and former chair of Merton Clinical Commissioning Group, the London Clinical Commissioning Council as well as having sat on the London Health Board. He has also been actively involved in the National Association of Primary Care. As Clinical Director, he oversees the IHPN regulatory team work plan and holds the strategic relationship with key external partners such as NHSE and CQC. Howard also sits on IHPN’s Strategic Council.
