Dr Iona Donnelly
Iona is a GPST3 with a passion for neuro-inclusivity, inspired by growing up in an amazing neurodivergent family. She worked as the West Midlands Differential Attainment Fellow (2023–2024) and Neurodiversity Fellow (2024–2025). During this time, she has led a range of projects to enhance inclusion within medical education, most notably the Neurodiversity Allyship Project, which aims to strengthen peer support for neurodivergent doctors. Iona recently completed a Master’s in Medical Education, focusing her research on understanding and addressing the learning needs of neurodivergent doctors.
