Dr Lisa-Jayne Edwards
LJ Edwards is a GP Registrar in Oxford and a Senior Lecturer at Warwick Medical School. She previously led the Developing Medical Educators Group and has been a member of the Academy of Medical Educators’ Council since 2021. She has an MSc in Medical Education and has interests in professional identity, educator development and educator workforce. She is currently the Principal Investigator of study reviewing Entry-Level Medical Education Roles (ELMERs), upon which this parallel session abstract is based.
