Pavan Uppal is a GP and medical education leader with a focus on strategic expansion, quality improvement, learner attainment, and creating inclusive environments for multi-professional learners. As a Primary Care Associate Dean, she oversees educational quality and supervisor development across East Surrey. Her work champions the progression of diverse trainee groups, educator development, and promotes excellence in educational support. She recently completed an MSc exploring differential attainment and contributes actively to faculty development programmes.
