Professor Philip Bright

Prof. Phil Bright is a career long medical educator and consultant physician. He has been the clinical lead for the Physician Specialty Recruitment Office from 2021 as well as the Head of School of Medicine in the West Midlands. He is also Chair of the JRCPTB Heads of Schools of Medicine Committee.
He graduated from Birmingham Medical School in 1987 and works clinically in the Birmingham area,
Previous roles have included being clinical advisor to HEE for Internal Medicine and a previous Foundation School Director.
Other roles include being a CQC Speciality Advisor and an Associate for the GMC
