Dr Ruth Friedlander

Clinical Education Fellow in Emergency Medicine, University Hospitals Bristol and Weston Foundation Trust

Ruth graduated from the University of Bristol in 2022 with MBChB (Distinction).

She is currently working as a Clinical Education Fellow in Emergency Medicine at the Bristol Royal Infirmary, supporting Bristol medical students in their clinical years to develop skills in acute and emergency medicine.

Ruth has a keen interest in medical education and simulation-based learning. She is currently leading a programme with final year students exploring the use of "gamification" to teach Human Factors principles.

In addition to this role, Ruth is an active volunteer with St John Ambulance as a Demonstrator/Educator and Event Doctor.

Sessions
