Dr Ruth Silverton

Dr Silverton has a portfolio career working as a clinical nephrologist in Cambridge and as NHSE postgraduate associate dean in Kent, Surrey and Sussex. She has worked in education and training across undergraduate medicine at Hull York, UCL and Cambridge medical schools, held a lecturer post in healthcare professionals’ education delivering the master’s at UCL and worked nationally leading on the F3 Phenomenon work and the evaluation of the enhance programme. In her deanery role her portfolio includes UGME, flexibility, engagement, and supporting early career stage educators.
