Dr Stefania Marcotti is a data and image analyst working with researchers to devise quantitative analysis pipelines. She has developed numerous open-source image analysis tools for the bioimaging community and published numerous scientific and policy papers. She also has experience training researchers in computational skills and has organised various training and scientific events. She is an Associate Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, a certified Software Carpentries Instructor, and sits on the Data Analysis in Imaging committee of the Royal Microscopical Society.
