Dr Swati Bhasin
Swati is a GPST3 with a passion for supporting trainees and promoting inclusion in medical education. She is the chair of the GP registrar representatives for the RCGP midland faculty and serves as a neurodiversity ally for the GP school.
She holds a Master’s in Medical Education and is committed to creating positive, reflective learning environments. Her interests include trainee wellbeing, educational leadership, and fostering inclusive practice across training programmes.
