Prof Vijay Nayar

Vijay is a General Practitioner and the ICB Clinical Lead for Workforce. He previously served as the Primary Care Dean for the East of England and as the NHSE Primary Care Lead for Differential Attainment. Currently, he holds the position of Visiting Professor at Anglia Ruskin University, where he focuses on promoting equity and fairness in education and training. His passion lies in fostering compassionate and inclusive leadership that cultivates work cultures and practices that recognize, respect, and value diversity, ultimately benefiting both the organization and its individuals.
