A1: Normalising research in the patient journey: the role of medical students and trainees?

Session objectives:
• Consider the advantages of a medical workforce engaged in delivering clinical research? (and disadvantages of the converse scenario)
• Consider how we can better support medical students and doctors in clinical training programmes to participate in, and understand research?
