Session summary:
Virtual Reality (VR) simulation was introduced into EoE Foundation Programme in 2019. This excellent interactive educational tool is highly popular amongst trainees and unimpacted by COVID-19 pandemic. We discuss different delivery methods and benefits of VR simulation; link with adult-learning theories; feedback from trainees and adaptation to other training programme.
