This national evaluation reviews outcomes for Drs previously released from GP training in England & Scotland who then re- entered targeted training.

Themes and recommendations for broader medical education are discussed.

Participants share expertise on interventions in their medical education programmes around successful progress in training, and prevention of differential attainment.
