- To gain knowledge from recent research describing the impact of planned and pandemic related service reconfiguration on doctors in training
- To reflect on the research findings
- To identify strategies to maximise educational opportunities resulting from service change and develop approaches that maintain the best training experience
Participants will be presented with recent research insights and reflections by the research team and Prof Sue Carr. Participants can engage by asking questions on the instructed platforms.
