B5: Supporting Trainees through Training, ‘The Game of Training’

- Develop skills in understanding support issues and recognise triggers related to training progression and work performance.
- Develop skills in effective supervision of trainees with support needs.
- Construct specific, targeted and realistic educational plans enabling satisfactory progression.
To maximise attainment in Postgraduate Training, concerns and remediation plans need to be established early. This interactive hands-on game-workshop enhances educators’ knowledge and skills in supporting trainees. Participants work through challenges that may adversely affect trainees’ progression by focussing on effective recognition, support and remediation.
