- Develop an understanding of different approaches to embedding equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) in organisations.
- Learn how to write your own EDI Strategy.
- Understand some of the practical considerations when designing, planning and setting up your own trainee/learner-led EDI network.
Session summary:
Using an example from post-graduate medical education in HEE(NW), you will develop the outline for your own trainee or learner-led EDI network.The workshop will be co-delivered by a diverse group of trainees who have been instrumental in the success of the North West EDI Network.
