B8: Make the LEEP: how to get started with delivering leadership development in your organisation

Session objectives:

  • Gain an understanding of some key educational and leadership theories underpinning an organisation-led development offer
  • Identify and quantify the factors involved in practical implementation and course design
  • Formulate an overview of methods to measure the impact of a leadership development programme within an organisation

Session summary:
An innovative leadership development programme (LEEP) will be used to illustrate contemporary underpinning educational and leadership theories, translation of principles to create and deliver an organisational offer.  Evaluation results will be presented and discussed, along with subsequent integration of the programme in wider educational initiatives at system level.
