  • To recognize the need for change and cultural shift in the way race is perceived in healthcare as the foundation for positive and sustainable transformation
  • To identify barriers to facilitating conversations about race in healthcare institutions
  • To explore the overall dynamic process of implementing strategies using a model of collaboration between students and staff
